    Personal details such as name, email, phone and payment information; travel preferences used to customise our services; website usage data such as IP address and browser type; and your communications with us.

    To provide and improve our services, to build personalised travel experiences, for marketing with your consent, and for legal compliance.

  3. Data sharing

    With trusted service providers, when legally required, and during a business transfer.

  4. Your rights

    You can access, correct or delete your data, and opt out of marketing at any time.

  5. Security

    We use industry standard measures to protect your information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellation
  1. Cancellation by customer

    Flight and hotel cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotels and airlines. Please check with us before booking your trip to avoid any inconvenience. Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date. A service charge of 10% will be levied in case of any cancellation.

  2. Cancellation by Tournaama

    If we cancel, 100% of the package amount is refundable.

  3. Weather, wars & government restrictions

    In the case of unforeseen weather conditions, wars or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases the operator will try their best to provide a feasible alternative. No refund will be provided for the same; however, a credit note may be issued, entirely at the discretion of the vendors or hotels involved.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment & booking

    To confirm your booking with Tournaama, a non refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation. All packages are subject to change based on real time availability and pricing at the time of full payment. Any updates to your package, such as changes in hotels, airlines or itinerary, will be provided as soon as possible. Full payment of the trip cost must be completed at least 10 working days before the trip begins. We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after the due date, and any cancellation costs will be borne by you. Please ensure the passport of every guest travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

  2. Property damage & maintenance

    Clients are responsible for maintaining the quality of accommodations provided. Any damage caused to property, including furniture or the surrounding environment, must be avoided. Clients are expected to follow responsible tourism guidelines, including cleanliness in both public and private spaces.

  3. Safety & participation in activities

    All activities, including adventure sports, are undertaken at the client's own risk. Clients are responsible for taking necessary precautions and complying with safety instructions. Tournaama is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained during these activities.

  4. Travel insurance & medical expenses

    Tournaama is not responsible for any accidents, mishaps or medical expenses during the trip. Clients are advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents and other liabilities at their own expense. If a trip is terminated due to the client's own behaviour, any additional costs for return or alternative arrangements will be borne solely by the client.

  5. Drugs & narcotics

    Tournaama neither encourages nor provides any illegal drugs or narcotics. Should a client choose to engage in substance abuse, they do so entirely at their own risk. Tournaama is not liable for any consequences arising from such behaviour, including legal or personal repercussions.

  6. Missed transfers & timelines

    Tournaama is not liable for missed transfers or itinerary elements due to the client's negligence. Clients must adhere to the scheduled timeline. No refunds will be given for missed activities or transfers due to client tardiness, nor for any trip inclusions not availed. Travellers must report to the pickup point 10 minutes before a scheduled transfer; the driver will not wait more than 5 minutes for sharing transfers and 10 minutes for private transfers.

  7. Unforeseeable conditions

    Tournaama is not responsible for any delays, alterations or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political instability, war or other unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes caused by such events. Clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to these disruptions.

  8. Operation & amendments

    A service charge of 10% on total value applies in case of cancellation of land arrangements, and 5% on total value for any amendments. Hotel room allocation is subject to availability on a first come first serve basis. All communication during the tour is done over WhatsApp or Telegram, so please keep an active internet connection on the number provided to us. Tournaama reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road closures, political unrest, natural calamities, safety issues or real time conditions, and is not responsible for any delay in reaching a destination due to traffic. Sightseeing or activities of the day may be cancelled if we do not reach the destination on time.
